I would like to know if there are any rifle coaches in the Granbury, TX area? Looking for 10M/3 Position instruction for a 13 year old.

The Granbury MCJROTC program at Granbury High School is one of the best in the country.

Ditto that ... Scott Casey is the lead instructor there.
