NRA Disabled Shooting Information

Post by DaveNass »

I had the pleasure of working (stat officer) at an NRA-registered air rifle regional for disabled shooters (SH-1 AND SH-2) this past weekend. The two day match was held at the American Legion facility in Downers Grove, Illinois. Seeing these guys and gals shooting from their wheelchairs was indeed inspiring. Scoring their targets was impressive also. They leave no points at the firing line.

You can learn more about the NRA Disabled Shooting program by going to www.nrahq.org and then into the 'competitions and matches' section.

cheers,
dave

A couple of us from a local club were interested in spectating & networking, but had to give 100% attention to a Scout event. Are there any plans to host this in DG again?
