I would say the great majority of shooters use the standard grips.
I see very few anatomical grips in matches.

My best scores where 574 in Standard Pistol .22 lr 20x20x20 and 589 in Certerfire 30x30 all competition at 25 meters..

I use several guns but my best result in Centerfire with Walther .32 and Standard Pistol with a rare Russian iJ-XP 30

When you write centerfire 30x30, do you mean 30 shots slow fire and 30 shots timed fire, or is it 30 shots rapid fire?

Centerfire is only on .32 or .38 special. divided in 30 shots divided in 5 x target at 25meters in 5 minutes each target and 30 shots on rapid olimpic target. time 3" open 7" closed.. in 5 series total . 600 possible score.
