Anschutz Triggers

What trigger was commonly mounted on a 60’s vintage 1411 ? Would that same trigger work properly on a 1413 ? Mine is in need of replacement. Thanks,

Re: New sight for Hammerli AR20 ?

Thanks Bruce,
That Centra looks like a nice sight. I was looking for something a bit simpler like the Gehmann 523-22.

New sight for Hammerli AR20 ?

I really want to put 22mm front sight and adjustable iris on my AR20. The front sight from my Anschutz 1413 wouldn't quite go on, the groove in the sight base is just tiny bit too narrow. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

replace 1413 stock

I presently use an Anschutz 1413 in the original walnut stock with the non-adjustable cheekpiece. I would be interested in finding the same stock only with the adjustable cheekpiece. Having a little trouble getting a good cheek weld especially in prone. Perhaps someone out there has one they would b...

Anschutz 1413

Does anyone know if I could replace the buttplate vertical adjustment knob on my 1413 with one of the quick-release knobs with the L-shape handle meant for a 2013 stock ? Like the Champions Choice part number 001152 ? Ans. fast clamp device for alu stocks 4765 buttplate. sorry not sure how to insert...

Savage-Anschutz model 64 match rifle

I have been using the above named rifle for 4 years now, and it's got a problem that continues to get worse. The rifle itself is from the 1980's so I would expect a bit eccentricity but it's getting rather annoying. What happens is that if the shooter opens the bolt in even a slightly vigorus manner...

That's a great question. I've thought about it off and on for a while but don't really know enough about them. It seems as though the wieght in a certain spot may help stabilize the rifle a bit during kneeling or offhand especially. I would appreciate some inf or opinion from others out there as well

rifle stabilizer

Just received a new gadget in the mail. It's a Champion Shooter Supply weighted stabilizer rod assembly, attaches to the handstop rail (item# ACC-S-WT). Any tips on how to start tinkering with this thing for kneeling and offhand? Love to tinker. thanks in advance gasmann

new stock?

I have a Savage-Anschutz model 64 rifle. Does anyone know of a company that offers a replacement stock similar to the Anschutz Alu- Precise? Looking for the adjustability of the buttplate, length of pull and the cheekpiece. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

spotting scope

I have that exact scope. I use it mainly for shooting High Power at 200 and 300 yards. I can see .223 holes at 200 if the light is right--300 is more iffy. I also use it for indoor Smallbore in winter at 50'--nice clear view. A friend of mine has a Kowa scope--his is more clear--but at 5x the price....
