Re: Morni162 ei using a scatt mx02

My mate has Morini, but he uses trace not scatt to track aiming. Will ask how it works.

Re: Nutrition tips that actually work?

Hi Rune, SamEEE

Yes, nuts are good unless they are salted ;) I discovered dried dates for myself just recently, never had any fondness! They are amazing for biking too.

Re: Varying pistols (for weight?)

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback. I don't compete yet, though, but looking to boost results over the season... Would you please suggest more exercises for weight control and hand 'staying'?

Varying pistols (for weight?)

Im training with LP 10 (Steyr) which is around 1,1kg and got an idea to get something a bit lighter (Pardini perhaps). Then I thought whether it would make sense to switch pistols while training for better weight control?

Re: wood sculptures (grips)

Has anyone had any experience with training with bandages or other stuff on your hand that would theoretically influence the grip? How did that go?

Re: NEW SCATT MODEL???

You can safely ignore the Mcafee, it reacts like that because the files are in .zip archives. But how are you planning to test the system if you don't have one yet?
Well, it wasn't upset by other zips I was getting...

I go to a range in Brisbane with couple other lads, both of them use trace

Re: NEW SCATT MODEL???

Also scatt_manufacturer, please make your animated target available for download so owners can make their own comparisons. Hi there, below is the link for the target simulation, so that all Trace users could check their systems directly. The operation is pretty simple. First you need to measure and...

Thanks Pat, that's a great insight. Definitely the diet requires individual approach, however I already adjusted the shopping list :)

Re: NEW SCATT MODEL???

I've tried Trace routines myself in a club, quite handsome to train with. Maybe there's something else like this?

Re: Nutrition tips that actually work?

The problem with "going on a diet" is it pre-supposes eventually gaoing off the diet. Then back to the old habits, and weight gain. Bad for your body in the long run. Yup, that's inevident but true! Two years ago I "changed" my diet, and lost 80 pounds in about 9 months (basical...

Re: What more important ?

The mental control seemed to be most important to me so far.
Freshening up your mind gives better observation over what else from the topicstarter's list could be improved.

Nutrition tips that actually work?

Dear All,

Im a newbie air pistol disciple looking for a tip re nutrition that might help build physical strength. I'm 210 lbs / 6 ft so looking to lose some fat too.
If I lose some 20 lbs would this banish the stability too?

Thank you!
