Re: Morini 162EI help required

That's the 80 bar cut off bar.
It installs with the square end butted against the silver pin.
Also you might need to pull back the cocking lock on the side of the reciver to make the plate sit down flat, then install the trigger asembly back.

Re: Morini 162 cylinder repair

The gauge/seal can be problematic to remove and re-seal if that where it is leaking ? If the gauge itself is leaking it needs to be replaced completely, if you can't purchase new ones for a good price it might not be worth it. If they were still under warranty Morini should replace them, but they no...

Re: Morini 162 cylinder repair

It's what one feels comfortable doing for themselves with some common sense couldn't hurt. We have owners on the Bullpup forums that don't feel comfortable working on their own PCPs too, and send them out for servicing ... nothing wrong with that. Then there guys like me that purchase guns that I kn...

Re: Morini 162 cylinder repair

No pin spanner wrench required to get into the AT. Just a table vise and old drill bits with diameters 2.5 mm and 2 mm, 2 of each. Dump out all air from AT with supplied de-gasser tool. Place back ends of the drill bits into two holes, place bits protruding outwards into vise and clap down tightly. ...

Re: 200 BAR to quick connect for Morini adapter ...

BTW: No such thing as "the wrong pump" y'all ... Just need the RIGHT ADAPTER. The right pump already comes with the RIGHT ADAPTER. You just need to buy the right adaptor to make it right. Also you need to make sure, it depend on the pump brand you bought the threading might be the wrong t...

Re: 200 BAR to quick connect for Morini adapter ...

@ prowling, Sound like you purchase the wrong pump ? The Morini adapter that comes with the gun screws into these pump types. http://www.champchoice.com/IMAGES_PRODUCT/M220_LG.JPG http://www.champchoice.com/IMAGES_PRODUCT/M220(PIC2)_LG.JPG After which you can go into different configurations to fill...

Re: problems with the morini 162EI air pistol

Thanks Dave ! Another great reply post by Dave ...... on trigger micro switch adjustment. Got my set to 1/4 turn CCW since my Morini has had many years (08/01/2003 from Don Nygord) to break in it was at 1/8 CCW. But might tweak it after testing to see if it helps with lessening my group size. LOL ht...

Re: problems with the morini 162EI air pistol

I had the same problem as OP/Hector. I went through Dave's edvice and found this ...... https://preview.ibb.co/kW7aFA/P1013447.jpg Weeks before I notice the gun wouldn't fire sometimes so I replaced the batteries. Problem became more progressive and ended up not firing at all. Think that it wasn't t...

Re: Hill Pump suggestion for high humidty climates

I'd run a dehumidifier first and then run the AC unit till R.H. reaches about 30%. Also I'd make a homemade moisture trap fill with a high quality desiccant to connected to the top of the OEM filter on the Hills. The add desiccant surface area will suck up more moisture for yah. https://www.deltaads...

Re: IZH 46M malfunction

I never stored my IZH cocked only with the breech latch open to help the 2 breech seals from compressing/deforming with long term compression. Also, I was reluctant to add that I removed about a coil at a time or 5mm and retested. All IZH I suppose will be a bit different so it might stop there ? Wi...

Re: IZH 46M malfunction

Thanks Gwhite ! I removed and looked at my valve spring and it was very close to its factory spec. I remove part #12 slide latch spring and cut off a couple of coils. Bent coil closed up against the previous one and ground flat. It's new OAL is now 24mm off it's original OAL of 34mm. Breech Flopping...

Re: IZH 46M malfunction

I have the Breech Flopping Closed When Cooking issue with mines ...... thanks Gwhite for posting/giving the PDFs fixes !
Will the replacement of this Valve Spring - (#13) #300314 have an effect on the velocity ?
Also does anyone know the spec measurements of this spring ?

~ Thanks, GKU

Re: IZH-46 M Trigger screw.

Late response, but I use an auto punch with success on frozen machine screws and bolts. It will make a indent on the head of the screw, but the screw can be replaced with a new hex one once removed. Before striking support the back of the impact point on something solid ....... https://www.amazon.co...

Re: Leaky AT safe to use ?

It's not too bad and I can live with that. I've recalibrated some gauges in the past by tweaking the inners. It depends on the range of the reading first and then the pointer location second. Forward or backing the gearing will affect the range at which the needle moves. Afterwhich I calibrate the n...

Re: Leaky AT safe to use ?

I received my new AT in today and slow filled 20 bars at a time to 200 bars. It seems it reads a bit low about -12 bars compared to my trusty gauge on my CF tank. https://s20.postimg.org/r734dkv5p/P1012877.jpg Coming off of hand pumping I removed the fill assemble off of my Gehmann and added a male ...
